A standardised brand-enablement framework — delivered in two service tiers, priced per brand, so every brand in the group goes live consistently and at speed.
Atlas Copco operates a HubSpot Enterprise portal that powers marketing for an expanding number of group brands. As new brands come on board, each one needs its own branded domain, templates, marketing assets and governance — consistently configured inside the same portal. This proposal sets out a repeatable, per-brand enablement model so that every new brand is onboarded the same way, on a predictable timeline, against a single quality bar.
Every brand follows the same provisioning path, the same templates and the same QA checklist — no bespoke variation per brand.
Fixed phase structure and effort bands per brand make planning, sequencing and forecasting straightforward across the group.
A repeatable framework designed to absorb additional Atlas Copco Group brands over time, without re-running discovery for each one.
A complete technical onboarding of a new brand into the existing HubSpot Enterprise portal — enabling marketing teams to immediately create and publish branded landing pages and marketing assets.

Once brands are live, we recommend an optional flexible, timesheet-based retainer to support the Atlas Copco marketing teams with iterative improvements, new campaigns, additional templates and platform evolutions across the onboarded brands — without needing a new statement of work for every request.
Based on our experience with comparable HubSpot Enterprise multi-brand portals, we suggest an indicative retainer of 2 days per month as a healthy baseline. The retainer is fully flexible and billed on actual hours worked — so Atlas Copco spends the available time where it delivers the most value that month.
To keep momentum, we run a bi-weekly working session between Atlas Copco and Siteworx covering:
Optional · fully flexible · billed on actual hours worked · adjustable at any moment to the needs of the Atlas Copco Group.
| Package | Per brand |
|---|---|
| Tier 1 — Brand Provisioning | 8 days |
| Tier 2 — Brand Growth Platform (additional) | + 3 days |
| Combined Tier 1 + Tier 2 | 11 days |
Effort bands assume the existing HubSpot Enterprise portal, timely access to brand assets and stakeholders, and a single OneTrust environment. Total programme effort scales linearly with the number of Atlas Copco Group brands onboarded.
Siteworx will deliver a standardised brand enablement service for the Atlas Copco Group, onboarding each additional brand into the existing HubSpot Enterprise portal across two defined tiers.
